Accordingly, Israel's decisions to impose its laws, jurisdiction and administration on the Holy City of Jerusalem are unlawful decisions and are thus null and void and have absolutely no legitimacy.

وعلى وجه التحديد، اتخذ مجلس اﻷمن ستة عشر قرارا بشأن القدس وأعلن مرارا أن جميع التدابير والترتيبات التي اتخذتها إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، بهدف تغيير الوضع القانوني للقدس وتكوينها الديمغرافي وطابعها تعتبر لاغية وباطلة وليست لها أية صلاحية قانونية على اﻹطلاق.

In its resolution 497 (1981) the Security Council confirmed that those measures were null and void and without international legal effect.
وقد أكد مجلس الأمن في قراره 497 (1981) أن تلك الإجراءات باطلة ولاغية وليس لها أي أثر قانوني دولي.

It had also sent Israel a clear message that it should end its occupation of Arab territories, and had reaffirmed that Israel's attempts to annex the Golan or to impose its laws thereon were null and void and without international legal effect.
وقد أرسل أيضا إلى إسرائيل رسالة واضحة بأنها ينبغي أن تُنهيَ احتلالها للأراضي العربية، وأكد من جديد أن محاولات إسرائيل ضم الجولان أو فرض قوانينها عليه هي محاولات باطلة ولاغية وليس لها أثر قانوني دولي.

Therefore, it is the opinion of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia that the notification made by the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia on 28 January 1997, regarding the Convention on the Rights of the Child, is null and void, and cannot have legal effect.

The OIC also reaffirms that all measures and actions taken or to be taken by Israel, the occupying Power, to alter the legal, physical and demographic status of the occupied Syrian Golan and its institutional structure or to impose jurisdiction and administration there are null and void and have no legal effect.
وتؤكد منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي مجددا أيضا أن جميع التدابير والإجراءات التي اتخذتها أو ستتخذها إسرائيل، الدولة القائمة بالاحتلال، لتغيير الوضع القانوني والمادي والديمغرافي للجولان السوري المحتل أو هيكله المؤسسي، أو فرض ولاية قضائية أو إدارية، باطلة ولاغية وليس لها أي أثر قانوني.

In 27 of those resolutions, the Security Council affirmed the applicability of the Convention to all the occupied territories, including East Jerusalem, and repeatedly declared that all of the measures taken and arrangements made by Israel, aimed at changing the legal status of the city, are null and void and without any legal validity whatsoever.

8. Turning to the occupied Syrian Golan, Security Council resolution 497 (1981) stated that the Israeli decision to impose its laws, jurisdiction and administration in the occupied Syrian Golan Heights was null and void and without international legal effect.
8 - وانتقلت إلى الحديث عن الجولان السوري المحتل، فقالت إن قرار مجلس الأمن 497 (1981) ينص على أن القرار الإسرائيلي بفرض القوانين والولاية القضائية والإدارة الإسرائيلية في الجولان السوري المحتل هو قرار باطل ولاغ ولا يترتب عليه أي أثر قانوني دولي.

The General Assembly has passed dozens of resolutions condemning all the measures and actions taken by Israel -- the occupying Power -- to change the nature of the occupied Syrian Golan and its legal status and considering such measures null and void and a blatant violation of international law and the Geneva Conventions.
كما أصدرت الجمعية العامة عشرات القرارات التي أدانت جميع التدابير والإجراءات التي اتخذتها إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، بهدف تغيير طبيعة الجولان السوري المحتل ومركزه القانوني، واعتبرتها باطلة ولاغية وتشكل انتهاكا صارخا للقانون الدولي ولاتفاقيات جنيف.
