Pursuant to Commission on Human Rights resolution 1999/78, paragraph 49 (a), the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights prepared a questionnaire for States, United Nations specialized agencies, intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations and national institutions to review their progress made in the fight against racism and to reappraise the obstacles to further progress and ways to overcome them.
