وإذ تكرر تأكيد أن جميع البشر يولدون أحرارا متساوين في الكرامة والحقوق وأنهم قادرون على أن يسهموا على نحو بناء في تنمية مجتمعاتهم ورفاهيتها وأن أي مذهب يقوم على التفوق العنصري مذهب زائف علميا مدان أخلاقيا مجحف وخطير اجتماعيا ويجب نبذه ونبذ النظريات التي تحاول ترسيخ مفهوم وجود أجناس بشرية منفصلة،
