43 - وأوضح أن احتلال الجولان السوري قد عمل بشكل خطير على تمزيق حياة الأُسر السورية والمجتمعات السورية، وقد استنكرت منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي مراراً وتكراراً رفض إسرائيل الإذعان لقرارات الأمم المتحدة بشأن ضم الأراضي وبناء المستوطنات وأعمال المصادرة وتحويل موارد المياه وفرض الجنسية الإسرائيلية على المواطنين السوريين.

115. In this regard, Annex II to the report of the SecretaryGeneral, entitled " Summary Legal Position of the Palestine Liberation Organization " , states that " The construction of the Barrier is an attempt to annex the territory contrary to international law " and that " The de facto annexation of land interferes with the territorial sovereignty and consequently with the right of the Palestinians to selfdetermination. "
115 - في هذا الصدد، ينص المرفق الثاني من تقرير الأمين العام، المعنون ' ' ملخص الموقف القانوني لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية``، على أن ' ' تشييد الجدار يشكل محاولة لضم الأراضي بما يناقض القانون الدولي``، وأن ' ' ضم الأراضي يتعارض بحكم الواقع مع السيادة الإقليمية ويتعارض من ثم مع حق الفلسطينيين في تقرير المصير``.
