Decides, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Convention, to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that it consider listing hexachlorobutadiene in Annexes A and C to the Convention.
تقرر، وفقاً للفقرة 9 من المادة 8 من الاتفاقية، أن توصي مؤتمر الأطراف بأن ينظر في إدراج البيوتادايين السداسي الكلور في المرفقين ألف وجيم بالاتفاقية.

That Committee had adopted risk management evaluations for polychlorinated naphthalenes and hexachlorobutadiene and had decided to recommend that those chemicals be listed in Annexes A and C to the Stockholm Convention.
وكانت تلك اللجنة قد اعتمدت تقييمات إدارة المخاطر فيما يتصل بالنفثالينات المتعددة الكلور والبوتادين السداسي الكلور، وقررت أن توصي بإدراج هذه المواد الكيميائية في المرفقين ألف وجيم لاتفاقية استكهولم.

(b) To list in Annexes A and C of the Convention: Pentachlorobenzene.
(ب) أن يدرج في المرفقين ألف وجيم من الاتفاقية: خماسي كلور البنزين.

2. Decides, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Convention, to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that it consider listing pentachlorobenzene in Annexes A and C of the Stockholm Convention.
2 - تقرر، وفقاً للفقرة 9 من المادة 8 من الاتفاقية، أن توصي مؤتمر الأطراف بأن ينظر في إدراج خماسي كلورو البنزين في المرفقين ألف وجيم من اتفاقية استكهولم.

With regard to the listing of pentachlorobenzene under the Convention, most members who spoke supported listing it in Annexes A and C, as it was a persistent organic pollutant.
45 - وفيما يتعلق بإدراج خماسي كلور البنزين في الاتفاقية أيد معظم الأعضاء الذين تحدثوا إدراج هذه المادة في المرفقين ألف وجيم بالنظر إلى أنها من الملوثات العضوية الثابتة.

The Committee adopted decision POPRC-4/2, by which it adopted the risk management evaluation for pentachlorobenzene, and agreed to recommend the listing of the substance in Annexes A and C of the Convention.
48 - واعتمدت اللجنة مقرر لجنة استعراض الملوثات العضوية الثابتة -4/2، الذي أقرّت بموجبه تقييم إدارة المخاطر الخاص بخماسي كلور البنزين، واتّفقت على التوصية بإدراجه في المرفقين ألف وجيم بالاتفاقية.

2. Decides, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Convention, to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that it consider listing pentachlorobenzene in Annexes A and C of the Stockholm Convention.
2 - تقرر بموجب الفقرة 9 من المادة 8 من الاتفاقية، أن توصي مؤتمر الأطراف بأن ينظر في إدراج خماسي كلورو البنزين في المرفقين ألف وجيم من اتفاقية استكهولم.

2. Decides, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Convention, to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that it consider listing pentachlorobenzene in Annexes A and C of the Stockholm Convention without any specific exemptions.

Having prepared a risk management evaluation and considered the management options, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Convention, the Committee recommends the Conference of the Parties to the Stockholm Convention to consider listing and specifying the related control measures for PCN in Annexes A and C.
وبعد أن أعدت اللجنة تقييم إدارة المخاطر ونظرت خيارات الإدارة وفقاً للفقرة 9 من المادة 8 من الاتفاقية، توصي مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية استكهولم بأن ينظر في إدراج النفثالينات المتعددة الكلورة وتحديد تدابير الرقابة ذات الصلة في المرفقين ألف وجيم.

Having prepared a risk management evaluation and considered the management options, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Convention, the Committee recommends the Conference of the Parties to the Stockholm Convention to consider listing and specifying the related control measures for HCBD in Annexes A and C.
وبعد أن أعدت اللجنة تقييم إدارة المخاطر ونظرت في خيارات الإدارة وفقاً للفقرة 9 من المادة 8 من الاتفاقية، فإنها توصي مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية استكهولم بأن ينظر في إدراج البيوتادايين السداسي الكلور وتحديد تدابير الرقابة ذات الصلة به في المرفقين ألف وجيم.

The Committee adopted decision POPRC-9/2, on hexachlorobutadiene, by which it adopted the risk management evaluation, as amended, and decided, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Convention, to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that it consider listing hexachlorobutadiene in Annexes A and C to the Convention.
واعتمدت اللجنة المقرر ل.ا.م - 9/2 المعني بالبيوتادايين السداسي الكلور، الذي اعتَمَدت بموجبه تقييم إدارة المخاطر بصيغته المعدلة، وقررت، وفقاً للفقرة 9 من المادة 8 من الاتفاقية، أن توصي مؤتمر الأطراف بأن ينظر في إدراج البيوتادايين السداسي الكلور في المرفقين ألف وجيم للاتفاقية.

6 - ألا وأن اللجنة قد فرغت الآن من إعداد تقييم إدارة مخاطر، وبحثت خيارات الإدارة، بموجب الفقرة 9 من المادة 8 من الاتفاقية، فإنها توصي مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية استكهولم بأن يبحث مسألة إدراج وتحديد تدابير الرقابة ذات الصلة بالنفثالينات المتعددة الكلورة في المرفقين ألف وجيم.

Having prepared a risk management evaluation and considered the management options, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Convention, the Committee recommends the Conference of the Parties to the Stockholm Convention to consider listing and specifying the related control measures for HCBD in Annexes A and C.
107- وبعد أن أعدت اللجنة تقييم إدارة المخاطر ونظرت خيارات الإدارة وفقاً للفقرة 9 من المادة 8 من الاتفاقية، توصي مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية استكهولم بأن ينظر في إدراج البيوتادايين سداسي الكلور وتحديد تدابير الرقابة ذات الصلة في المرفقين ألف وجيم.

Hereby recommends to the Conference of the Parties, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8, that it consider at its third meeting listing pentachlorobenzene in Annexes A and C of the Stockholm Convention.
(ي) توصي بهذا مؤتمر الأطراف، وفقا للفقرة 9 من المادة 8، أن ينظر في اجتماعه الثالث في إدراج خماسي كلور البنزين في المرفقين ألف وجيم من اتفاقية استكهولم.
