5- ويقصد بالأسلحة النارية، وفق تعريفها في المادة 3 من البروتوكول، أي سلاح محمول ذي سبطانة يطلق طلقة أو رصاصة أو مقذوفا آخر بفعل مادة متفجرة، باستثناء الأسلحة النارية العتيقة أو نماذجها المقلدة.
