(vi) If the applicant is a newly organized entity and a certified balance sheet is not available, does the application contain a pro forma balance sheet certified by an appropriate official of the applicant?

13. If the applicant is a juridical person:
13 - إذا كان مقدم الطلب شخصا اعتباريا، يقوم بما يلي:

(i) If the applicant is a newly organized entity and a certified balance sheet is not available, a pro forma balance sheet certified by an appropriate official of the applicant;

24 - أجرت اللجنة القانونية والتقنية دراسةً للتفاصيل التي أحالها إليها مقدّمُ الطلب، وهي ترد على سبيل الإيجاز في الفروع من الثالث إلى السابع أعلاه. واطمأنت اللجنةُ إلى أن الطلبَ قُدّم مستوفيا على النحو الواجب الشروط المنصوص عليها في النظام، وإلى أن مقدمه يملك المؤهلات اللازمة بالمعنى الوارد في المادة 4 من المرفق الثالث للاتفاقية.

26. Having examined the particulars submitted by the applicant, which are summarized in parts II to VII above, the Commission is satisfied that the application has been duly submitted in accordance with the Regulations and that the applicant is a qualified applicant, as defined in articles 4 and 9 of annex III to the Convention, and regulation 17 of the Regulations.
26 - إن اللجنة مقتنعة، بعد أن درست ما قدمه صاحب الطلب من تفاصيل عرضت بإيجاز في الفروع من الثاني إلى السابع أعلاه، بأن الطلب قدم على النحو الواجب وفقا للنظام وبأن مقدم الطلب يتمتع بالمؤهلات المطلوبة، على النحو المحدد في المادتين 4 و 9 من المرفق الثالث للاتفاقية، والمادة 17 من النظام.
