Prospecting shall not be undertaken in an area covered by an approved plan of work for exploration for or exploitation of other resources if such prospecting might cause undue interference with activities under such an approved plan of work.
لا يجوز التنقيب في منطقة مشمولة بخطة عمل موافق عليها لاستكشاف موارد أخرى أو استغلالها، إذا كان هذا التنقيب سيسبب تدخل غير ضروري في الأنشطة الواردة في إطار خطة العمل الموافق عليها.

4. Prospecting may be undertaken in an area covered by an approved plan of work for exploration for or exploitation of other resources, provided that such prospecting does not cause undue interference with activities under such an approved plan of work.

(b) a plan of work approved by the Council for exploration for or exploitation of other resources if such proposed plan of work for exploration for polymetallic nodules might cause undue interference with activities under such an approved plan of work for such other resources; or

(b) A plan of work approved by the Council for exploration for or exploitation of other resources if such proposed plan of work for exploration for polymetallic sulphides and cobalt crusts might cause undue interference with activities under such an approved plan of work for such other resources; or
(ب) بخطة عمل وافق عليها المجلس لاستكشاف أو استغلال موارد أخرى، إذا كان من المحتمل أن تؤدي خطة العمل المقترحة لاستكشاف الكبريتيدات المؤلفة من عدة معادن والقشور الغنيـة بالكوبالت إلى عرقلة الأنشطة المضطلع بها في إطار خطة العمل الموافق عليها للموارد الأخرى عرقلة شديدة؛ أو

(b) A plan of work approved by the Council for exploration for or exploitation of other resources if such proposed plan of work for exploration for polymetallic nodules might cause undue interference with activities under such an approved plan of work for such other resources; or
(ب) بخطة عمل وافق عليها المجلس لاستكشاف أو استغلال موارد أخرى، إذا كان من المحتمل أن تؤدي خطة العمل المقترحة لاستكشاف العقيدات المؤلفة من عدة معادن إلى عرقلة الأنشطة المضطلع بها في إطار خطة العمل الموافق عليها للموارد الأخرى عرقلة شديدة؛ أو

16. Pursuant to article 153, paragraph 3, of the Convention and paragraph 6 (b) of section 1 of the annex to the Agreement, an approved plan of work for exploration shall be in the form of a contract concluded between the Authority and the applicant.
