وتلقت مذكرة من السيد سفير الجمهورية التونسية لدى اليابان (عميد السلك الدبلوماسي العربي) بتاريخ 15/3/2005 مرفقاً بها تصور مجلس السفراء العرب في طوكيو لعمل المنتدى الاقتصادي العربي الياباني.

Affirm that the committee of senior officials alone is authorized to engage in negotiations and hold discussions concerning the 2012 conference and make the necessary political, technical and administrative preparations in that regard, and to call on the Arab Ambassadors in New York, Vienna, Geneva and Brussels to bear that in mind;
