بيان من رئاسة اللجنة المعنية بالمنظمات غير الحكومية عن إعادة المركز الاستشاري لمنظمة " اللجنة العربية لحقوق الإنسان "

301. The Arab Commission for Human Rights mentioned that, since the attacks of 2003 in Casablanca, thousands of persons were arbitrarily detained, tortured and imprisoned after unfair trials in the name of the fight against terrorism.
301- وذكرت اللجنة العربية لحقوق الإنسان أنه تم منذ وقوع هجمات عام 2003 في الدار البيضاء احتجاز آلاف الأشخاص بصورة تعسفية وتعذيبهم وسجنهم بعد محاكمات غير عادلة باسم مكافحة الإرهاب.

The Arab Commission for Human Rights stressed that enforced disappearances, torture, summary executions and extrajudicial executions are neither anecdotal nor occasional but crimes against humanity due to their widespread and systematic nature.
وأكدت اللجنة العربية لحقوق الإنسان أن حالات الاختفاء القسري والتعذيب والإعدام بلا محاكمة والإعدام خارج نطاق القضاء لا هي حالات سردية ولا هي حالات تحدث مصادفة، بل هي جرائم ضد الإنسانية بحكم اتساع نطاقها وطابعها المنهجي.
