Any individual admitted to testify to the arbitral tribunal on any issue of fact or expertise shall be treated as a witness under these Rules, notwithstanding that the individual is a party to the arbitration or in any way related to a party. "
ويُعامل أيّ فرد يُدلي بشهادة أمام هيئة التحكيم في أي مسألة تتصل بالوقائع أو الخبرة الفنية باعتباره شاهدا بمقتضى هذه القواعد، حتى وإن كان ذلك الفرد طرفا في التحكيم أو تربطه صلة ما بطرف فيه. "
