The principle of non-discrimination between citizens is specified in article 25 of the Syrian Constitution in the following terms: " All citizens are equal before the law in regard to their rights and obligations. " This is in conformity with the provisions of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and is confirmed by the prevailing national legislation.
35- نصت المادة 25 من الدستور السوري على عدم التمييز بين المواطنين، فهي نصتَّ على أن " المواطنين متساوون أمام القانون في الحقوق والواجبات " ، وقد جاء هذا متفقاً مع أحكام اتفاقية حقوق الطفل.

This is confirmed in article 25, paragraph 2, of the Syrian Constitution, which stipulates that: " All citizens are equal before the law in regard to their rights and obligations " .
وهذا ما أكدته المادة ٥٢/٢ من الدستور السوري التي نصت: " المواطنون متساوون أمام القانون في الحقوق والواجبات " .

This is guaranteed in the Syrian Constitution, article 25, paragraph 2, of which stipulates that: " All citizens are equal before the law in regard to their rights and obligations " .
وقد كفل الدستور السوري هذا الحق حيث اعتبرت المادة 25 الفقرة 2 منه " المواطنون متساوون أمام القانون في الحقوق والواجبات " .
