Resolved to reinforce and extend the measures imposed by its previous resolutions with regard to those areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of Bosnian Serb forces,

3. Emphasizes the importance of a continuous and unimpeded flow of humanitarian assistance to all the areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina where such help is needed;
٣ - يؤكد أهمية استمرار المساعدة اﻹنسانية دونما عائق الى جميع مناطق جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك حيثما تلزم هذه المساعدة؛

(a) any person in, or resident in, or any entity, including any commercial, industrial or public utility undertaking, in those areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of Bosnian Serb forces, or

Upon instructions from our Governments, we have the honour to enclose the Framework Agreement establishing a Federation in the areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina with a Majority Bosniac and Croat Population, and the Outline of a Preliminary Agreement for a Confederation between the Republic of Croatia and the Federation.

The undersigned have agreed on the attached Framework Agreement establishing a Federation in the areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina with a Majority Bosniac and Croat Population and on the attached Outline of a Preliminary Agreement for a Confederation between the Republic of Croatia and the Federation.

(a) Framework Agreement establishing a Federation in the areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina with a Majority Bosniac and Croat Population;
)أ( اتفاق إطاري يؤسس اتحادا فدراليا في مناطق جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك التي تضم أغلبية من السكان البوسنيين والكروات؛

It noted, in particular, that educational, cultural and other activities in the areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of Bosnian Serb forces, except the delivery of humanitarian relief by international agencies, should be undertaken with proper authorization of the Government of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Committee.
ولاحظت اللجنة، على وجه الخصوص، أن اﻷنشطة التعليمية والثقافية في مناطق جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك الواقعة تحت سيطرة قوات صرب البوسنة، باستثناء مواد اﻹغاثة اﻹنسانية التي تقوم بتسليمها الوكالات الدولية، ينبغي الاضطلاع بها بموجب الحصول على اﻹذن اللازم من حكومة جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك ومن اللجنة.

وإذ يساورها بالغ القلق لاستمرار اللجوء إلى الاغتصاب وسائر أشكال المعاملة اللاإنسانية والمهينة للنساء واﻷطفال كأداة متعمدة للحرب والتطهير العرقي في مناطق جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك الواقعة تحت سيطرة صرب البوسنة،

The Co-Chairmen have already certified in five monthly reports that the Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia is continuing to meet its commitment to close its border with the areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of the Bosnian Serb forces.
فقد سبق للرئيسين المشاركين أن شهدا بالفعل في خمسة من التقارير الشهرية بأن حكومة جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية لا تزال تفي بالتزامها بإغلاق حدودها مع مناطق جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك الخاضعة لسيطرة قوات صرب البوسنة.

58. The Security Council may therefore wish to reiterate its urgent call to the Bosnian Serb leadership to authorize immediate and full access to persons displaced from Srebrenica and Zepa who are within the areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under its control.
٥٨ - ولذا فقد يرغب مجلس اﻷمن في أن يعيد تأكيد نداءه العاجل الى قيادة الصرب البوسنيين لكي تأذن بالوصول الفوري والكامل الى المشردين من سربرينيتسا وجيبا الموجودين في مناطق جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك الخاضعة لسيطرة الصرب البوسنيين.

(c) By resolution 942 (1994), the Security Council strengthened and extended the measures imposed by its earlier relevant resolutions with regard to those areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of Bosnian Serb forces.
)ج( وفي القرار ٩٤٢ )١٩٩٤(، عزز مجلس اﻷمن التدابير المفروضة بموجب قراراته السابقة ذات الصلة ووسع نطاقها فيما يخص مناطق جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك الخاضعة لسيطرة القوات الصربية البوسنية.

(b) any entity incorporated in or constituted under the law of those areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of Bosnian Serb forces, as well as

18. Decides that States shall, in implementing the measures imposed by this resolution, take steps to prevent the diversion of benefits to those areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of Bosnian Serb forces from other places, and in particular from the United Nations Protected Areas in Croatia;
١٨ - يقرر أن تقوم الدول، عند تنفيذ التدابير المفروضة بموجب هذا القرار، باتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة للحيلولة دون تسرب المزايا إلى مناطق جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك الواقعة تحت سيطرة القوات الصربية البوسنية، وذلك من أماكن أخرى، وخاصة من المناطق المشمولة بحماية اﻷمم المتحدة في كرواتيا؛

" 18. Notes with appreciation the steps being taken by the Secretary-General, UNPROFOR and other United Nations agencies and humanitarian organizations to restore normal life to all areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, encourages them to continue their efforts; and, in this context, requests the Secretary-General to consider ways and means of further enhancing the work of the civilian component of UNPROFOR;
" ١٨ - يحيط علما مع التقدير بالخطوات التي يتخذها اﻷمين العام وقوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية وسائر وكالات اﻷمم المتحدة والمنظمات الانسانية ﻹعادة الحياة الطبيعية إلى جميع مناطق جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك ويشجعها على مواصلة جهودها ويطلب، في هذا السياق، إلى اﻷمين العام أن ينظر في الطرق والوسائل الكفيلة بزيادة تعزيز أعمال العنصر المدني في قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية؛
