At its 1st plenary meeting, on 28 March, the Conference agreed that action on the decision on arrangements between the Conference of the Parties and the operating entity or entities of the financial mechanism, recommended by the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee in its recommendation 10, should be taken under agenda item 6(c).
٨٧- اتفق المؤتمر، في جلسته العامة اﻷولى المعقودة في ٨٢ آذار/مارس، على أن اﻹجراءات المتصلة بالمقرر الذي أوصت به لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية في توصيتها ٠١، بشأن الترتيبات بين مؤتمر اﻷطراف وكيان أو كيانات تشغيل اﻵلية المالية، ينبغي أن تتخذ في إطار البند ٦)ج( من جدول اﻷعمال.

At its 10th plenary meeting, on 7 April, the Conference of the Parties adopted, under agenda item 6(c), decision 10/CP.1 on arrangements between the Conference of the Parties and the operating entity or entities of the financial mechanism, the text of which is contained in Part Two, section I, of this report.
٠٨- وفي الجلسة العامة العاشرة المعقودة في ٧ نيسان/أبريل، اعتمد مؤتمر اﻷطراف، في إطار البند ٦)ج( من جدول اﻷعمال، المقرر ٠١/م أ-١ بشأن الترتيبات بين مؤتمر اﻷطراف وكيان أو كيانات تشغيل اﻵلية المالية. ويرد نص المقرر في الفرع اﻷول من الجزء الثاني من هذا التقرير.

2. Requests the Standing Committee and the Board of the Green Climate Fund to develop arrangements between the Conference of the Parties and the Green Climate Fund in accordance with the governing instrument of the Green Climate Fund and Article 11, paragraph 3, for agreement by the Board and subsequent agreement by the Conference of the Parties at its nineteenth session.
2- يطلب إلى اللجنة الدائمة ومجلس الصندوق الأخضر للمناخ أن يضعا ترتيبات بين مؤتمر الأطراف والصندوق الأخضر للمناخ وفقاً لصك إدارة الصندوق وعملاً بالفقرة 3 من المادة 11، ليوافق عليها المجلس ثم يوافق عليها مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته التاسعة عشرة.
