2. The Parties shall establish arrangements for the purpose of providing technical assistance and promoting the transfer of technology to developing-country Parties and Parties with economies in transition relating to the implementation of this Convention.
2 - على الأطراف أن تضع ترتيبات لغرض تقديم المساعدة التقنية وتشجيع نقل التكنولوجيا إلى الأطراف من البلدان النامية والأطراف التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ هذه المعاهدة.

Paragraph 4 of Article 12 of the Stockholm Convention calls for Parties to establish, as appropriate, arrangements for the purpose of providing technical assistance and promoting the transfer of technology to developing country Parties and Parties with economies in transition relating to the implementation of the Convention.
1 - تطالب الفقرة 4 من المادة 12 من اتفاقية استكهولم الأطراف بوضع، حسب الاقتضاء، ترتيبات لغرض توفير المساعدة التقنية وتعزيز نقل التكنولوجيا إلى البلدان النامية الأطراف والأطراف التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال فيما يتصل بتنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية.

(a) establish arrangements for the purpose of transfer of technology to developing country Parties, in particular LDCs and SIDs and Parties with economies in transition relating to the implementation of this Convention;
(أ) تضع ترتيبات لغرض نقل التكنولوجيا إلى البلدان النامية الأطراف، خصوصاً الدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية والبلدان الأقل نمواً والأطراف التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال، فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية؛
