2. If the difference is not settled in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article within three months following a written request by one of the parties to the difference, it shall, at the request of either party, be referred to an arbitral tribunal according to the procedure set forth in paragraphs 3 to 6 of this article.
2 - إذا لم تتم تسوية الخلاف وفقا للفقرة 1 من هذه المادة في غضون ثلاثة أشهر من تقديم أحد طرفي الخلاف طلبا مكتوبا، يحال الخلاف، بناء على طلب أي من الطرفين، إلى محكمة تحكيم وفق الإجراء المبين في الفقرات من 3 إلى 6 من هذه المادة.

" 1. If a dispute is not disposed of as a result of the consultations referred to in article ... within one month from the date of their inception, any of the parties may request that it be submitted to arbitration. "

According to article 126 (5) of the Constitution, " [t]he Supreme Court shall hear and finally dispose of any petition or reference under this Article within two months of the filing of such petition or the making of such reference " .
