We urge these States parties to take the necessary steps to address these measures, and to ensure that national legislation fully reflects both the letter and spirit of the CCM, in particular, Article 19 which states that " the articles of this Convention shall not be subject to reservations " .
وأننا نحث هذه الدول الأطراف على اتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة لمعالجة هذه التدابير وأن تضمن تجسيد هذه التشريعات الوطنية بالكامل حرفياً وروحياً في اتفاقية الذخائر العنقودية وخاصة المادة 19 التي تنص على أن ' ' مواد هذه الاتفاقية لا تخضع لتحفظات``.

In the event of a dispute being submitted for arbitration pursuant to article 16, paragraph 2, of this Convention, a party or parties shall notify the secretariat of the subject matter of arbitration and indicate, in particular, the articles of this Convention whose interpretation or application is at issue.
1- في حالة طرح نزاع للتحكيم عملا بالفقرة 2 من المادة 16 من هذه الاتفاقية، يبلغ (تبلغ) الطرف (الأطراف) الأمانة بموضوع التحكيم ويبين (تبين) بوجه خاص، مواد هذه الاتفاقية المراد تفسيرها أو تطبيقها.
