٣ - يتمتع موظفو المدعي العام وموظفو المسجل بالامتيازات والحصانات الممنوحة لموظفي اﻷمم المتحدة بموجب المادتين الخامسة والسابعة من الاتفاقية المشار إليها في الفقرة ١ من هذه المادة.

٢٦ - ترد الامتيازات والحصانات واﻹعفاءات والتسهيلات الممنوحة لموظفي اﻷمم المتحدة في المادتين الخامسة والسابعة من الاتفاقية العامة.
