Recognizing that an important and highly effective way of reducing the number of children in the justice system is through diversion mechanisms, restorative justice programmes and the use of non-coercive treatment and education programmes as alternative measures to judicial proceedings, as well as the provision of support for families, Member States are urged:
٣٠- وتُحثُّ الدول الأعضاء، إقراراً منها بأنَّ من السبل الهامة والشديدة الفعالية لتقليص عدد الأطفال الذين يمثلون أمام نظام العدالة وضعَ آليات تحويل وبرامج عدالة تصالحية واستخدامَ برامج معاملة وتعليم غير قسرية باعتبارها تدابيرَ بديلةً للإجراءات القضائية علاوةً على تقديم الدعم للأسر، على ما يلي:

(d) To consider the use of non-coercive treatment, education and assistance programmes as alternative measures to judicial proceedings and the development of alternative non-custodial interventions and effective social reintegration programmes.
(د) النظر في استخدام برامج معالجة وتعليم ومساعدة غير قسرية باعتبارها تدابير بديلة للإجراءات القضائية، واستحداث عمليات تدخل بديلة غير احتجازية وبرامج فعالة لإعادة الإدماج في المجتمع.

(d) To consider the use of non-coercive treatment, education and assistance programmes as alternative measures to judicial proceedings and the development of alternative non-custodial interventions and effective social reintegration programmes.
(د) النظر في استخدام برامج معالجة وتعليم ومساعدة غير قسرية باعتبارها تدابير بديلة للإجراءات القضائية، واستحداث عمليات تدخّل بديلة غير احتجازية وبرامج فعَّالة لإعادة الإدماج في المجتمع.

(د) ضمان استخدام برامج معاملة وتعليم ومساعدة غير قسرية باعتبارها تدابير بديلة للإجراءات القضائية، واستحداث عمليات تدخّل بديلة غير احتجازية وبرامج فعالة لإعادة الإدماج في المجتمع.
