(أ) استخدام اليورو اعتبارا من 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2002 كعملة رسمية لربط الأجور المقومة حاليا بالعملات الوطنية لبلدان منطقة اليورو الإثني عشر، وتحول المبالغ المقومة بالعملات الوطنية بتطبيق أسعار التحويل الثابتة الخاصة بكل عملة ثم تقريبها زيادة أو نقصانا إلى أقرب يورو؛
