28- وينبغي للإطار المرجعي أن يبين أن أمانة المؤتمر هي الجهة التي تتلقى المعلومات المتعلقة بمكافحة الفساد، كالمعلومات عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ الاتفاقية وعن التعاون الدولي بين الدول فيما يتعلق بمنع الفساد وقمعه، وما إلى ذلك.
