إعلان عقد الثمانينات العقد الثاني لنزع السلاح

This action follows the pattern in the 1980s, when an appraisal of the Declaration of the 1980s as the Second Disarmament Decade was carried out in 1985 by the Disarmament Commission in accordance with General Assembly resolution 39/148 Q of 1984.
وهذا اﻹجراء يتبع نفس النمط الذي اتبع في الثمانينات حينما أجرت هيئة نزع السلاح في عام ١٩٨٥، ووفقا لقرار الجمعية العامة ٣٩/١٤٨ فاء لعام ١٩٨٤، تقييما ﻹعلان الثمانينات العقد الثاني لنزع السلاح.

It should be noted that the Disarmament Commission, in 1980, adopted a text entitled " Elements of the Declaration of the 1980s as the Second Disarmament Decade " , which was subsequently adopted by the General Assembly as the Declaration of the 1980s as the Second Disarmament Decade (resolution 35/46, annex).
ومن الجدير بالملاحظة أن هيئة نزع السلاح قامت في عام ١٩٨٠ باعتماد نص بعنوان " عناصر إعلان عقد الثمانينات العقد الثاني لنزع السلاح " ، وهو النص الذي اعتمدته الجمعية العامة بعد ذلك بوصفه ' إعلان عقد الثمانينات العقد الثاني لنزع السلاح ' )القرار ٣٥/٤٦، المرفق(.

It will be recalled that the elements of the declaration of the 1980s as the Second Disarmament Decade were prepared by the Disarmament Commission on the basis of a preliminary outline provided by the Secretariat.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن عناصر إعلان الثمانينات عقدا ثانيا لنزع السلاح قد أعدتها هيئة نزع السلاح على أساس مخطط تمهيدي قدمته الأمانة العامة.

It is, therefore, only appropriate that simultaneously with the proclamation of the Third United Nations Development Decade See sect. V, resolution 35/56, annex. and the launching of the global round of negotiations, the 1980s should be declared as the Second Disarmament Decade.
ولذا فإن من المناسب، مع إعلان عقد اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي الثالث)٧( وبدء جولة المفاوضات العالمية، أن يعلن عقد الثمانينات العقد الثاني لنزع السلاح.

" 1. At its thirty-fifth session the General Assembly, by its resolution 35/46 of 3 December 1980, unanimously adopted the Declaration of the 1980s as the Second Disarmament Decade, which is set forth in the annex to that resolution.
" ١ - اعتمدت الجمعية العامة باﻹجماع، بقرارها ٣٥/٤٦ المؤرخ في ٣ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٠ الذي اتخذته في دورتها الخامسة والثلاثين، إعلان الثمانينات عقدا ثانيا لنزع السلاح وأورد في مرفق ذلك القرار.
