(ii) The assessment shall be calculated at the following rates for staff whose salary rates are established under regulation 6.5 (a) of the present regulations:

(c) In the case of a person who is not employed by the United Nations for the whole of a calendar year or in cases where there is a change in the annual rate of payments made to a staff member, the rate of assessment shall be governed by the annual rate of each such payment made to him or her;
(ج) في حالة الشخص الذي لا توظفه الأمم المتحدة لسنة تقويمية كاملة، أو في الحالات التي يحدث فيها تغيير في المعدل السنوي للمدفوعات التي تؤدى للموظف، يحسب معدل الاقتطاع الإلزامي على أساس المعدل السنوي لكل دفعة صرفت له؛

(c) Where both spouses are staff members whose salaries are subject to the staff assessment rates specified in staff regulation 3.3 (b) (i), and taking into account staff rule 4.7 (d), the staff assessment shall apply to each at the single rate.
(ج) حينما يكون الزوجان كلاهما موظفين تخضع مرتباتهما لمعدلات الاقتطاع الإلزامي من مرتبات الموظفين المحددة في البند 3-3 (ب) ' 1` من النظام الأساسي للموظفين، ومع مراعاة القاعدة 4-7 (د) من النظام الإداري للموظفين، يطبق الاقتطاع الإلزامي على كل منهما بمعدل غير المعيلين.

]٠١ مكرراً - يُحسَب الخصم من الاشتراك الذي يجوز لدولة طرف أن تحصل عليه من أصل النصيب المقرر عليها سنوياً، استناداً إلى قيمة الخصم مقابل ما تضطلع به تلك الدولة الطرف من أنشطة.

[11. The contribution credit that may be taken by a State Party towards its annual assessment shall be based on the credit value of activities undertaken by that State Party.
١١ - يُحسَب الخصم من الاشتراك الذي يجوز لدولة طرف أن تحصل عليه من أصل النصيب المقرر عليها سنوياً، استناداً إلى قيمة الخصم مقابل ما تضطلع به تلك الدولة الطرف من أنشطة.

The assessment shall be made in good faith and reasonably, in the light of all the circumstances.
فهذا التقييم يجب أن يكون تقييماً معقولاً ويتسم بحسن النية ويراعي خطورة الوقائع في ضوء جميع الظروف.

(c) Where both husband and wife are staff members whose salaries are subject to the staff assessment rates specified in staff regulation 3.3 (b) (i), and taking into account rule 104.10 (d), staff assessment shall apply to each at the single rate.
)ج( إذا كان كل من الزوج والزوجـة موظفـا فـي اﻷمانـة العامـة ويخضع مرتبه لمعدلات الاقتطاع اﻹلزامي المحدد في الفقرة الفرعية )ب( ' ١ ' مـن البنـد ٣/٣ من النظام اﻷساسي، ومع مراعاة القاعدة ١٠٤/١٠ )د(، تحسب الاقتطاعات اﻹلزامية لكل منهما بمعدل غير المعيل.

(ii) The assessment shall be calculated at the following rates for staff members whose salary rates are established under paragraph 7 of annex I to the present Regulations:
