Recognizes that timeliness in the payment of contributions is essential for maintaining liquidity and for facilitating continuous programme implementation to assist countries in achieving ICPD goals and other internationally agreed development goals, including the Millennium Development Goals, as well as for UNFPA engagement in all relevant processes and activities leading to the adoption of the post-2015 development agenda.
