١ ـ تؤكد من جديد أن أفضل وسيلة يمكن بها للجنة الفرعية لمنع التمييز وحماية اﻷقليات مساعدة لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان هي أن تمدها بتوصيات تقوم على مختلف اﻵراء ووجهات النظر التي يبديها الخبراء المستقلون والتي ينبغي أن تنعكس بصورة مناسبة في تقرير اللجنة الفرعية وفي الدراسات التي يجريها الخبراء تحت رعايتها؛

In that resolution, the Commission, inter alia, reaffirmed that the Sub-Commission could best assist the Commission on Human Rights by providing it with:
