(أ) أن تشير مع الأسف إلى أن أذربيجان لم تقدم تقريراً عن حالة جهودها، بالتعاون مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة للحصول على المزيد من المساعدات من مرفق البيئة العالمية طبقاً للمقرر 17/26، وأن تلاحظ كذلك أن المعلومات التي وردت من برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة ومن أمانة مرفق البيئة العالمية أكدت أن طلب المزيد من المساعدة يجري استعراضه الآن لكي يحصل على موافقة مجلس مرفق البيئة العالمية؛

The Party is receiving assistance from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) in the form of a programme for the phaseout of ozone-depleting substances, implemented by UNEP and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
24 - وتتلقى أرمينيا المساعدة من مرفق البيئة العالمية (GEF) في شكل برنامج للتخلص التدريجي من المواد المستنفدة للأوزون نفذه برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة (UNEP) وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي (UNDP).

The Party is receiving assistance from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) in the form of a programme for the phase- out of ODS, ozone-documentdepleting substances implemented by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
6 - وتتلقى أرمينيا المساعدة من مرفق البيئة العالمية (GEF) في شكل برنامج للتخلص التدريجي من المواد المستنفدة للأوزون نفذه برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة (UNEP) وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي (UNDP).

To note with appreciation, however, the Party's action in cooperation with UNEP to seek further assistance from the Global Environment Facility to address this situation and to request Azerbaijan to report to the Secretariat on the status of this initiative, in time for the Committee's consideration at its next meeting;
4 - بيد أنه يحيط علماً مع التقدير بما قام به الطرف من عمل بالتعاون مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة لإلتماس المزيد من المساعدة من مرفق البيئة العالمية لمعالجة هذه الحالة، ويطلب إلى أذربيجان أن تقدم تقريراً إلى الأمانة عن وضع تلك المبادرة في وقت يسمح للجنة بالنظر فيه خلال اجتماعها التالي؛

To note with appreciation, however, the Party's action in cooperation with UNEP to seek further assistance from the Global Environment Facility to address this situation and to request Azerbaijan to report to the Secretariat on the status of this initiative, in time for the Committee's consideration at its next meeting;

The decision had further noted that Azerbaijan had expressed reservations as to its ability to enforce the import ban, given its lack of expertise in tracking ODS, and had therefore welcomed Azerbaijan's action, in cooperation with UNEP, to seek further assistance from the Global Environment Facility to address that situation.
وكما أشار المقرر إلى أن أذربيجان قد أعربت عن تحفظات بشأن قدرتها على إنفاذ الحظر على الاستيراد، وذلك بالنظر إلى قلة درايتها باقتفاء أثر المواد المستنفدة للأوزون، ومن ثم رحبت بما قامت به أذربيجان من أعمال بالتعاون مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة من أجل الحصول على المزيد من المساعدة من مرفق البيئة العالمية لعلاج هذا الوضع.

To note with appreciation, however, the Party's action in cooperation with UNEP to seek further assistance from the Global Environment Facility to address the current situation and to request Azerbaijan to report to the Secretariat on the status of its request for further assistance from the Global Environment Facility, in time for the Committee's consideration at its next meeting;
(د) أن تشير مع ذلك مع التقدير إلى الإجراء الذي اتخذه الطرف في تعاون مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة بشأن التماس المزيد من المساعدة من مرفق البيئة العالمية للتصدي لهذا الوضع الراهن، والطلب من أذربيجان أن تبلغ الأمانة عن حالة الطلب الذي وجهته للحصول على المزيد من المساعدة من مرفق البيئة العالمية في وقت كاف بالنسبة للجنة لكي يتسنى لها النظر فيه في اجتماعها المقبل؛

Azerbaijan has received assistance from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) through national and regional programmes approved in 1998 and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and UNEP.
19 - تلقت أذربيجان مساعدة من مرفق البيئة العالمية من خلال برامج قطرية وإقليمية اعتمدت عام 1998 ونفذها برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة.

Papua New Guinea looked forward to receiving assistance from the Global Environment Facility and other agencies in protecting its rich terrestrial and marine biodiversity resources.
