13. Requests the Secretary-General to continue to provide all necessary assistance to the Special Rapporteur and, in view of the increasing workload of the Special Rapporteur, to substantially increase, within existing resources, the human and material resources placed at his disposal, so that he may effectively carry out his mandate;
١٣ - تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل توفير كل ما يلزم من مساعدة للمقرر الخاص وأن يقوم، بالنظر لتزايد أعباء عمل المقرر الخاص، بزيادة الموارد البشرية والمادية الموضوعة تحت تصرفه، في حدود الموارد المتاحة، كي يتمكن المقرر الخاص من الاضطلاع بولايته على نحو فعال؛

4. Requests the Secretary-General and the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to provide all necessary assistance to the Special Rapporteur for the effective fulfilment of his or her mandate;
