8 - ترحب بالجهود القوية التي تبذل فيما بين الدول الأطراف في تلك المعاهدات والموقعة عليها من أجل تعزيز أهدافها المشتركة، وتشجع السلطات المختصة لمعاهدات المناطق الخالية من الأسلحة النووية على تقديم المساعدة إلى الدول الأطراف في تلك المعاهدات والموقعة عليها تيسيرا لإنجاز هذه الأهداف؛
