489. at its forty-second and forty-third sessions, the Committee decided that the following members would represent the Committee in the various intersessional meetings that would take place over the course of the year:

The Secretary-General informed the Committee that, in addition to the reports scheduled for consideration by the Committee at its forty-second and forty-third sessions (see paragraphs 70 and 71 below), he had received, from 23 November 2008 to 20 November 2009, the following reports submitted under articles 16 and 17 of the Covenant by States parties:
