1- طلبت لجنة المخدرات، إلى المدير التنفيذي، في قرارها 46/8 المعنون " تعزيز برنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات ودور لجنة المخدرات بصفتها هيئته التشريعية " ، أن يقدم إليها تقريرا في دورتها السابعة والأربعين عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ ذلك القرار.
