الالتزام العام بالتبليغ ٣- يقوم كل طرف عن طريق اﻷمانة الدائمة، بتبليغ مؤتمر اﻷطراف، بالتقارير المتعلقة بالتدابير التي اتخذها تنفيذا للاتفاقية وذلك لينظر فيها مؤتمر اﻷطراف في دوراته العادية.

3. Decision 11/COP.1, paragraph 3, states that each Party shall communicate to the Conference of the Parties for consideration at its ordinary sessions, through the secretariat, reports on the measures which it has taken for the implementation of the Convention.
3- وتنص الفقرة 3 من المقرر 11/م أ-1 على أن يرسل كل طرف إلى مؤتمر الأطراف، بواسطة الأمانة، تقارير عن التدابير التي اتخذها لتنفيذ الاتفاقية لينظر فيها المؤتمر في دوراته العادية.

6. Article 26, paragraph 1 of the Convention, on procedures for communication of information, provides that each Party shall communicate to the COP at its ordinary sessions, through the permanent secretariat, reports on the measures which it has taken for the implementation of the Convention.
6- وتنص الفقرة 1 من المادة 26 من الاتفاقية، المتعلقة بإجراءات تبليغ المعلومات، على أن يرسل كل طرف إلى مؤتمر الأطراف، عن طريق الأمانة الدائمة، تقارير عن التدابير التي اتخذها من أجل تنفيذ الاتفاقية كي ينظر فيها المؤتمر في دوراته العادية.

2- ومن أهم التزامات الأطراف والمراقبين في الاتفاقية إرسال التقارير المتعلقة بالتدابير المتخذة لتنفيذ الاتفاقية إلى مؤتمر الأطراف لكي ينظر فيها في دوراته العادية.

In accordance with article 26, paragraph 1, of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), " each Party shall communicate to the Conference of the Parties for consideration at its ordinary sessions, through the Permanent Secretariat, reports on the measures which it has taken for the implementation of the Convention " .
1- وفقاً للفقرة 1 من المادة 26 من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر " يرسل كل طرف إلى مؤتمر الأطراف، عن طريق الأمانة الدائمة، تقارير عن التدابير التي اتخذها من أجل تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية كيما ينظر فيها المؤتمر في دوراته العادية " .

9- تنشئ الفقرة 26 من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر (الاتفاقية) الالتزام الذي يقضي بأن ترسل الأطراف إلى مؤتمر الأطراف، عن طريق الأمانة، تقارير عن التدابير التي اتخذتها من أجل تنفيذ الاتفاقية كي ينظر فيها المؤتمر في دوراته العادية.
