(a) Staff members whose salary rates are set forth in paragraphs 1 and 3 of annex I to the present Regulations shall be entitled to receive dependency allowances for a dependent child, for a disabled child and for a secondary dependant at rates approved by the General Assembly as follows:
(أ) يحق للموظفين المبينة مرتباتهم في الفقرتين 1 و 3 من المرفق الأول لهذا النظام الأساسي أن يحصلوا على بدلات إعالة عن الولد المعال وعن الولد المعوق وعن المعال من الدرجة الثانية حسب المعدلات التي أقرتها الجمعية العامة، على النحو التالي:

(a) As an incentive to mobility and to compensate for hardship and non-removal of personal effects and household goods, a non-pensionable allowance composed of three elements - mobility, hardship and non-removal - shall be payable to staff members at rates approved by the General Assembly, under conditions set out in this rule and supplemented by the Secretary-General.
)أ( يُدفع بدل للموظفين بوصفه حافزا للتنقل وتعويضا عن المشقة وعن عدم نقل اﻷمتعة الشخصية واللوازم المنزلية. ولا يدخل هذا البدل في حساب المعاش التقاعدي ويتكون من ثلاثة عناصر هي التنقل والمشقة وعدم نقل اﻷمتعة. ويدفع البدل بالمعدلات التي تقرها الجمعية العامة ووفقا للشروط التي تنص عليها هذه القاعدة ويكملها اﻷمين العام.

Regulation 5.10: Member States that contribute troops to peacekeeping operations shall be reimbursed at rates approved by the General Assembly.
