The contract shall include the standard clauses that are set out in annex 4 in effect at the date of entry into force of the contract.

1. Each Party with primary mercury mining within its territory at the date of entry into force of this Convention for it shall:

2 - على كل طرف ألاّ يسمح بتعدين زئبق أوّلي لم يكن يجري داخل أراضيه في تاريخ بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية بالنسبة له.

The Convention, in article 5, paragraph 2, clearly states that at the date of entry into force of the Convention, Parties need not resubmit their notifications of final regulatory action if they have been submitted under the Amended London Guidelines or the International Code of Conduct.

1. Each Party that has artisanal and smallscale gold mining within its territory at the date of entry into force of this Convention for it shall reduce and, where possible, eliminate the use of mercury in such mining.

4. Each Party with known and identified mercury stocks or mining resources that decides at the date of entry into force of this instrument to renounce the exploitation and promotion of its resources shall be entitled to fair and equitable financial compensation.

Each Party with primary mercury mining within its territory at the date of entry into force of this Convention for it, or that plans to develop such activities as at that date, shall allow the export of mercury or mercury compounds produced from primary mercury mining only in accordance with the provisions of this Convention.
1 - على كل طرف يوجد تعدين أولي للزئبق في أراضيه في تاريخ بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية بالنسبة له، أو يعتزم استحداث أنشطة من هذا القبيل في ذلك التاريخ، ألا يسمح بتصدير الزئبق أو مركَبات الزئبق المنتجة من التعدين الأولي للزئبق إلا وفقاً لأحكام هذه الاتفاقية.

2. The Netherlands will provide premises to the Court free of rent for a period of 10 years, starting at the date of entry into force of the Statute.
