تبدأ مدة عضوية أعضاء اللجنة المنتخبين في الانتخاب الأول في تاريخ انعقاد الجلسة الأولى للجنة.

وتنص الفقرة نفسها على أن تنتهي بعد سنتين مدة عضوية ستة من الأعضاء المنتخبين في الانتخاب الأول.
