(ب) العمل، بناء على طلب الأعضاء والأعضاء المنتسبين، على تقديم المساعدة لتحسين القدرة على الصعيد الوطني من أجل رصد مسائل النقل والسياحة وتحليلها بانتظام، وبخاصة البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية، وبالأخص في أقل البلدان نموا والدول النامية غير الساحلية والدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية؛
