خامسا - وإذ يؤكدون من جديد أيضا تساوي أعضاء الأمم المتحدة في السيادة وضرورة امتناعهم عن القيام بأيّ محاولة ترمي إلى تقويض الوحدة الوطنية لدولة ما وسلامة أراضيها بشكل جزئي أو كلي، الأمر الذي يتعارض وميثاق الأمم المتحدة،
