It leads to increased recognition of the role of land management in development and could increase investments by the domestic public budget as well as by international financial contributions available at the country level.

" ٥- يطلب الى البلدان المتلقية أن تشاطر اليونيدو جهودها الرامية الى حشد اﻷموال، وأن تساعد خصوصا على استبانة اﻷموال المتاحة على الصعيد القطري والوصول اليها، ولا سيما أموال المانحين الثنائيين وبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة الانمائي والبنك الدولي وسائر مؤسسات التمويل الانمائي؛

5. Requests recipient countries to share with UNIDO the funds mobilization efforts and specifically to assist in identifying and accessing funds available at the country level, particularly bilateral donor funds, the United Nations Development Programme, the World Bank and other development finance institutions;
٥- يطلب الى البلدان المتلقية أن تشاطر اليونيدو جهودها الرامية الى حشد اﻷموال، وأن تساعد خصوصا على استبانة اﻷموال المتاحة على الصعيد القطري والوصول اليها، ولا سيما أموال المانحين الثنائيين وبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة الانمائي والبنك الدولي وسائر مؤسسات التمويل الانمائي؛

(g) Adequacy of human resources and necessary skills available at the country level within the United Nations system to support national efforts and priorities;
(ز) كفاية الموارد البشرية والمهارات اللازمة المتاحة على الصعيد القطري ضمن منظومة الأمم المتحدة من أجل دعم الجهود والأولويات الوطنية؛

49. The growing responsibilities of the resident coordinator and the United Nations country teams and the increasing complexity of their work called for a reexamination of capacities and skills available at the country level to support national development efforts, particularly in crisis and post-crisis contexts.
49 - يتطلب تزايد مسؤوليات المنسق المقيم وأفرقة الأمم المتحدة القطرية وزيادة تعقيد أعمالهم إعادة دراسة القدرات والمهارات المتاحة على الصعيد القطري لدعم جهود التنمية الوطنية، لا سيما في سياق حدوث أزمة وما بعد الأزمة.

(f) It has been agreed that close linkages should be established between the multisectoral strategies being pursued by various organizations, and that the instruments of coordination available at the country level should be used to the fullest extent to enhance the effectiveness and impact of anti-poverty programmes.
)و( تم الاتفاق على ضرورة إقامة صلات وثيقة بين الاستراتيجيات المتعددة القطاعات التي تنتهجها مختلف المنظمات والاستفادة الى أقصى حد من أدوات التنسيق المتاحة على الصعيد القطري بغية تعزيز فعالية وتأثير برامج مكافحة الفقر.

14. Furthermore, it is recommended that recipient countries assist UNIDO in identifying and accessing other funds available at the country level, particularly from UNDP, the World Bank and other development finance institutions as well as the European Union.
٤١ - وفضلا عن ذلك ، يوصى بأن تساعد البلدان المتلقية اليونيدو على التعرف على اﻷموال اﻷخرى المتاحة على الصعيد القطري ، ولا سيما من اليونديب والبنك الدولي ومؤسسات التمويل الانمائي اﻷخرى وكذلك من الاتحاد اﻷوروبي ، والحصول عليها .
