During the biennium, the Africa Section of the Department of Public Information continued to raise awareness of key thematic issues of NEPAD through the publication of articles in the magazine Africa Renewal and on the website Africa Renewal Online that highlighted Africa's economic growth prospects, investment opportunities and progress made towards the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals, among other topics.
