I have the honour to transmit copies of the following three resolutions adopted by the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Council on 21 March 1998:
أتشــرف بـــأن أحيل طيه نسخ القرارات الثلاثة التي اعتمدها مجلس آزاد جامو وكشمير في يوم ٢١ آذار/ مارس ١٩٩٨ على النحو التالي:

5. Requests the Secretary-General of the United Nations to send a fact-finding mission to Azad Jammu and Kashmir to make an on-the-spot assessment of the losses caused by continuous violations of the line of control by the Indian armed forces.
٥ - يطلب إلى اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة إيفاد بعثة لتقصي الحقائق إلى آزاد جامو وكشمير من أجل إجراء تقييم موقعي للخسائر الناجمة عن الانتهاكات المستمرة لخط المراقبة من جانب القوات المسلحة الهندية.

33. The Conference welcomed the visit of the Fact Finding Mission to Azad Jammu and Kashmir dispatched by the Secretary General in April 2003. It expressed its appreciation for the full cooperation of the Government of Pakistan and the Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. It expressed the hope that the Mission would be able to visit Indian controlled Jammu and Kashmir soon.
رحب المؤتمر بزيارة بعثة تقصي الحقائق إلى إقليم آزاد جامو وكشمير التي أوفدها الأمين العام في أبريل 2003م، وأعرب عن تقديره للتعاون الكامل الذي أبدته حكومتا باكستان وآزاد جامو وكشمير للبعثة، متمنياً تمكن البعثة من زيارة جامو وكشمير الخاضعة للسيطرة الهندية، في القريب العاجل.

18. Appreciates the full cooperation extended by the Government of Pakistan and the Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir to the four member Fact Finding Mission sent by the Secretary General to visit Azad Jammu and Kashmir from 21 to 24 April 2003;
18 - يعرب عن تقديره للتعاون الكامل الذي أبدته حكومة باكستان وحكومة آزاد جامو وكشمير للبعثة الرباعية لتقصي الحقائق التي أوفدها الأمين العام لزيارة إقليم آزاد جامو وكشمير من 21 إلى 24 إبريل 2003 .

Appreciating the Government and people of Pakistan and the international community including OIC member states for their timely and generous help and assistance extended to the people of Azad Jammu and Kashmir after the devastating earthquake of 8 October 2005;
وتقديرا منا لما قدمته باكستان، حكومة وشعبا، وقدمه المجتمع الدولي، بما فيه الدول الأعضاء في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي من عون ومساعدة سخيين وفي الوقت المناسب إلى شعب آزاد جامو وكشمير بعد الزلزال المدمر الذي وقع في 8 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2005؛

6. UNCT noted that the regional territories of Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), and Gilgit-Baltistan, (G & B) (semi-autonomous province) and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJ & K) (disputed territory) spell out additional challenges with less stable constitutional and legislative framework.
6- ولاحظ الفريق القطري أن أقاليم المناطق القبلية الخاضعة للإدارة الاتحادية وإقليم جيلجيت بالتيستان (مقاطعة شبه مستقلة) وإقليم آزاد جامو وكشمير (إقليم متنازع عليه) أقاليم تخلق تحديات إضافية بسبب عدم استقرار الإطار الدستوري والتشريعي فيها(18).
