The requests for baseline data revision of 15 of the 17 parties were submitted to the Secretariat in time for their review by the Committee at its forty-sixth meeting, in August 2011.

In its response, dated 15 May 2007, the Secretariat had sought clarification from Serbia as to whether the Party sought to change its baseline data for the year 2000, noting that such a request needed to be made in accordance with decision XV/19, which detailed the methodology agreed by the Fifteenth Meeting of the Parties for the review of baseline data revision requests.
