I do not think any of us should be beguiled by this rather stale argument.
ولا أعتقد أن أياً منا سيُخدع بهذه الحجة المبتذلة.

أنا لا طفل بعد الآن... أن تخدعه القصص الخيالية.

وفي حين يشجع الناس في مختلف أنحاء العالم مجيء الديمقراطية إلى مصر وتونس، فلا ينبغي لنا أن ننخدع أو نغتر بزخارف الديمقراطية الرسمية. علينا أن نحتفل بوصول روح الحرية والتضامن إلى شمال أفريقيا، وهي ذات الروح التي منحت أوكرانيا حريتها ذات يوم والتي لابد وأن تمنحها إياها مرة أخرى. ولنقطع على نفسنا عهداً بألا ينتهي تضامننا عند حدود دولنا. فالحرية ـ الحرية الحقيقية ـ لا تتجزأ.
