8. Under financial regulation 7.1, all income other than that specified in financial regulation 7.1 (a) through (i) shall be classed as miscellaneous income, for credit to the general administrative fund.

a Fees paid by applicants for approval of plans of work, together with accrued interest thereon, shall, in accordance with financial regulation 7.1, be classed as miscellaneous income for credit to the general administrative fund and shall be used to cover costs incurred in the processing of such applications, such as conference services and staff costs.
