Another serious issue occurs when an application or a number of interrelated or complementary applications have been approved by the Committee, and the related supplies and spare parts or equipment have arrived in Iraq but are then kept in storage for an extended period because another interrelated or complementary application is on hold.
وهناك مسألة خطيرة أخرى تنشأ عندما توافق اللجنة على طلب، أو عدد من الطلبات التي يوجد بينها ترابط أو يكمل بعضها بعضا، وتصل اﻹمدادات وقطع الغيار أو المعدات ذات الصلة في العراق ولكن يتم عندئذ إيداعها في المخازن لفترة طويلة بسبب تعليق طلب آخر مرتبط بها أو يكملها.

The Minister can exercise this power to allow for dealings which have been approved by the Committee as exemptions under OP 13, OP 14 or OP 15 of the Resolution.
ويجوز للوزير أن يمارس هذه الصلاحية للسماح بالمعاملات التي وافقت عليها اللجنة استثناء من الفقرات 13 و 14 و 15 من منطوق القرار.
