1. The offences set forth in article 2 shall be deemed to be included as extraditable offences in any extradition treaty existing between any of the States Parties before the entry into force of this Convention.
١ - تعتبر الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢ ضمن الجرائم التي تستوجب تسليم المجرمين في أي معاهدة لتسليم المجرمين تكون نافذة بين أي من الدول اﻷطراف قبل بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية.

1. The offences referred to in article 2 shall be deemed to be included as extraditable offences in any extradition treaty existing between any of the States Parties before the entry into force of this Convention.
1 - تعتبر الجرائم المشار إليها في المادة 2 مدرجة بوصفها جرائم تستوجب تسليم المجرمين في أي معاهدة لتسليم المجرمين تكون نافذة بين أي من الدول الأطراف قبل بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية.

2- تعتبر جريمة الاختفاء القسري بحكم القانون جريمة من الجرائم الموجبة للتسليم في كل معاهدة تسليم تبرم بين دول أطراف قبل بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية.

2. The offence of enforced disappearance shall be deemed to be included as an extraditable offence in any extradition treaty existing between States Parties before the entry into force of this Convention.
2 - تعتبر جريمة الاختفاء القسري بحكم القانون جريمة من الجرائم الموجبة للتسليم في كل معاهدة تسليم مبرمة بين دول أطراف قبل بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية.

2- تعتبر جريمة الاختفاء القسري بحكم القانون جريمة من الجرائم الموجبة للتسليم في كل معاهدة تسليم مبرمة بين دول أطراف قبل بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية.

[2. The Court has no jurisdiction in respect of crimes for which, even if they have been committed after the entry into force of this Statute, the Security Council, acting under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, has decided before the entry into force of this Statute to establish an ad hoc international criminal tribunal.
]٢ - ليس للمحكمة اختصاص فيما يتعلق بالجرائم التي يتخذ مجلس اﻷمن بشأنها، متصرفا بموجب الفصل السابع من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، قرارا بإنشاء محكمة جنائية دولية مخصصة قبل بدء نفاذ هذا النظام اﻷساسي. ولا يغير من ذلك أن تكون تلك الجرائم قد ارتكبت بعد بدء نفاذ هذا النظام.
