65. As in the previous case, the main evidence produced by the prosecution was the stated confessions of the accused before the investigative judge, and the admission made in court by the main accused, Besim Rama, which he subsequently retracted.
٥٦- وعلى غرار ما حدث في القضية السابقة، كانت اﻷدلة الرئيسية التي قدمها الادعاء هي الاعترافات التي أدلى بها المتهمون أمام قاضي التحقيق، والاعترافات التي أدلى بها المتهم الرئيسي بسيم راما في المحكمة والتي تراجع عنها بعد ذلك.
