The meeting adopted a Global Framework for Transit-Transport Cooperation between Land-locked and Transit Developing Countries and the Donor Community which appears in annex I to the Report of the Meeting (TD/B/42(1)/11 - TD/B/LDC/AC.1/7) which is before the Board for its consideration.

I. Global Framework for Transit Transport Cooperation between Land-locked and Transit Developing Countries and the Donor Community
اﻷول - إطار عالمي للتعاون في ميدان النقل العابر بين البلدان غير الساحلية النامية وبلدان المرور العابر النامية ومجتمع المانحين

It is against this background that the General Assembly, during the last four years, has supported an innovative approach to promote more effective cooperative arrangements between Land-locked and transit developing countries and their transit neighbours and to encourage a more active supportive role on the part of the donor community.
وفي ظل هذه الخلفية، أيدت الجمعية العامة خلال السنوات اﻷربع اﻷخيرة نهجا ابتكاريا يهدف الى تعزيز ترتيبات تعاونية أكثر فعالية بين البلدان غير الساحلية النامية وبلدان المرور العابر النامية وجيرانها التي تستخدم المرور العابر، والتشجيع على قيام مجتمع المانحين بدور داعم أكثر فعالية.
