Côte d'Ivoire reports that discussions have taken place between the United Nations Operation in Côte d'Ivoire (UNOCI), the office of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Abidjan and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), which heads the interagency protection cluster, in order to explore the development of a victim assistance mechanism.
