1. Any dispute between two or more States parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention which is not settled by negotiation shall, at the request of one of them, be submitted to arbitration.
١ - أي نزاع ينشأ بين دولتين أو أكثر من الدول اﻷطراف بشأن تفسير هــذه الاتفاقيــة أو تطبيقها ولا يتم تسويته عن طريق التفاوض، يعرض للتحكيم بناء على طلب أي منها.

" 1. Any dispute between two or more States parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention which is not settled by negotiation shall, at the request of one of them, be submitted to arbitration.
" ١ - أي نزاع ينشأ بين دولتين أو أكثر من الدول اﻷطراف بشأن تفسير هذه الاتفاقية أو تطبيقها ولا يتم تسويته عن طريق التفاوض، يعرض للتحكيم بناء على طلب أي منها.

1. Any dispute between two or more States parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention which cannot be settled through negotiation within a reasonable time shall, at the request of one of them, be submitted to arbitration.
١ - يعرض للتحكيم أي نزاع ينشأ بين دولتين أو أكثر من الدول اﻷطراف حول تفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية ولا تتسنى تسويته بالتفاوض خلال مدة معقولة، وذلك بناء على طلب واحدة من هذه الدول.

Article 29 of the Convention provides that any dispute between two or more States parties concerning the interpretation or application of the Convention which is not settled by negotiation shall, at the request of one of them, be submitted to arbitration.
تنص المادة 29 من الاتفاقية على أن يحال إلى التحكيم أي نزاع ينشأ بين دولتين طرفين أو أكثر بشأن تفسير الاتفاقية أو تطبيق ولا يحل عن طريق التفاوض بناء على طلب أحد الأطراف.

2. Any dispute between two or more States parties concerning the interpretation or application of the present Convention which cannot be settled through negotiation within six months shall, at the request of any of those States Parties, be submitted to arbitration.
2 - أي نـزاع بين دولتين طرفين أو أكثر بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية لا تتأتى تسويته عن طريق التفاوض في غضون ستة أشهر، يحال، بناء على طلب أي دولة من تلك الدول الأطراف إلى التحكيم.

19. Disputes that may arise concerning denials between two or more States parties shall be settled by negotiations between the interested parties.
19 - تسوى المنازعات التي قد تنشأ بخصوص حالات الرفض بين اثنتين أو أكثر من الدول الأطراف عن طريق المفاوضات بين الأطراف المعنية.

" 2. The French Republic does not consider itself bound by the provisions of article 16, paragraph 1, according to which:'Any dispute between two or more States parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention which cannot be settled through negotiation within a reasonable time shall, at the request of one of them, be submitted to arbitration.
" ٢ - لا تعتبر جمهورية فرنسا نفسها ملزمة بأحكام الفقرة ١ من المادة ١٦ التي تنص علــى: " أن كــل نزاع ينشأ بين دولتين متعاقدتين أو أكثر بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية ولا يمكن تسويته عن طريق التفاوض، في وقت معقول، يحال، بناء على طلب إحدى الدول، للتحكيم.

١ - يتم تسوية أي نزاع ينشأ بين دولتين أو أكثر من الدول اﻷطراف بشأن تفسير تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية عن طريق التفاوض.

l. Any dispute between two or more States parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention and its Protocols that cannot be settled through negotiation within a reasonable time [ninety days] shall, at the request of one of those Parties, be submitted to arbitration.
١- اذا نشأ نزاع بين دولتين أو أكثر من الدول اﻷطراف بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية وبروتوكولاتها، وتعذر تسويته عن طريق التفاوض في غضون فترة زمنية معقولة ]تسعين يوما[، وجب تقديمه، بناء على طلب احدى تلك اﻷطراف، الى التحكيم.

2. Any dispute between two or more States parties concerning the interpretation or application of the present Convention which cannot be settled through negotiation within six months shall, at the request of those States Parties, be submitted to arbitration.
2 - أي نزاع بين دولتين طرفين أو أكثر بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية لا تتأتى تسويته عن طريق التفاوض في غضون فترة زمنية معقولة، يحال، بناء على طلب دولة من تلك الدول الأطراف إلى التحكيم.

2. Any dispute between two or more States parties concerning the interpretation or application of the present Convention which cannot be settled through negotiation within six months shall, at the request of any of those States Parties, be submitted to arbitration.

1 - أي خلاف ينشأ بين اثنتين أو أكثر من الدول الأطراف فيما يتعلق بتفسير هذه الاتفاقية أو تطبيقها لا تتحقق تسويته عن طريق التفاوض أو بواسطة الإجراءات المنصوص عليها صراحة في هذه الاتفاقية يخضع للتحكيم بناء على طلب إحدى هذه الدول الأطراف.

1- أي خلاف ينشأ بين اثنتين أو أكثر من الدول الأطراف فيما يتعلق بتفسير هذه الاتفاقية أو تطبيقها لا تتحقق تسويته عن طريق التفاوض أو بواسطة الإجراءات المنصوص عليها صراحة في هذه الاتفاقية يخضع للتحكيم بناء على طلب إحدى هذه الدول الأطراف.
