51 - حماية العمال من الاستغلال وسوء المعاملة هي عنصر أساسي من عناصر حقوق الإنسان المتعلقة بالعمل، وعلى الأخص في حالات الضعف والاختلال الكبير في ميزان القوى بين العمال وأرباب العمل.

50. Application of these legal provisions and of any others that foster good relations between workers and employers is ensured by:
٥٠- وينبغي ضمان تطبيق هذه الأحكام القانونية وغيرها من الأحكام المساهمة في إقامة علاقات جيدة بين العمال وأرباب العمل من خلال ما يلي:

(f) Encouraging, where appropriate, employers and workers to consider ways and means for enhancing the sharing of workers in the profits of enterprises and promoting cooperation between workers and employers in the decisions of enterprises.
)و( العمل، حسب الاقتضاء على تشجيع أرباب العمل والعمال على النظر في الطرق والوسائل الكفيلة بتعزيز مشاركة العمال في أرباح المؤسسات وتدعيم التعاون بين العمال وأرباب العمل في القرارات المتخذة في المؤسسات.
