٣ - عندما تصبح التعديلات نافذة فإنها تكون ملزمة للدول اﻷطراف التي قبلتها، وتظل الدول اﻷطراف اﻷخرى ملزمة بأحكام هذا البروتوكول وأي تعديلات سابقة تكون قد قبلتها.

المادة ٢٩-٣: عندمـا تصبح التعديلات نافذة فإنها تكون ملزمة للدول اﻷطراف التي قبلتهــا. وتظــل الدول اﻷطراف اﻷخرى ملزمة بأحكام هذه الاتفاقية وأية تعديلات سابقة تكون قد قبلتها.
